Low Hammock Restorative Aerial provides the body with support from both the aerial hammock and the floor. Surrender and feel supported in this low and slow aerial workshop with Taylor Welch. Unwind from the week and refresh for the next – all in 90 minutes. We will combine stretching with restorative postures, meditative breathing, and slow movements to bring about mindfulness and relaxation.
