Thinking of trying Aerial Yoga? Or need some extra time in the silk to refine some fundamental poses with extra support of the instructor? Come join us!
In the 60 minute workshop you will:
Learn your way around the aerial hammock (it can be awkward the first few times)
Get acquainted with what its like to move in some familiar mat yoga poses with the support of the hammock
Be guided through some of the basic Aerial Yoga poses (including getting UPSIDE DOWN) in a slow, safe and, above all, FUN class setting.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga or aerial yoga experience required!
