Whether you are a kid or a kid-at-heart, aerial yoga is a fun and exciting way to experience the many benefits of yoga.

This special hour session is for parents + children (age 8+) to stretch, breathe and explore some of the fundamental (and student-favorite) aerial yoga poses. As in all our aerial yoga classes, you’ll enjoy a peaceful and restful savasana (final resting poses) cocooned inside the yoga hammock.

Cost: $25 PER PERSON
$50 for Parent + 1 Child (add $25 for additional child). $5 Aerial Hammock Rental Fee will be charged day of Class for each guest.
